Sammy is a product of GARDAIN AI Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (“GARDAIN”, “we”, “us”). GARDAIN is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.

Waitlist sign-up: the email address you submit through the form on this site.

Technical data: standard information your browser sends when you visit, such as IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you view. This is used in aggregate to understand site performance and traffic.

Product interactions: once Sammy is available to you, your preferences and how you interact with Sammy applications, so that briefings can be personalised.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, special category data such as health, biometric, or political information.

To manage your access to Sammy, including your position on the waitlist and your invitation to early access.

To contact you by email about product updates, launch timing, and access.

To personalise the briefing you receive and improve the product over time.

To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and meet our legal obligations.

Where you join the waitlist, we rely on your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Where we analyse site performance and improve Sammy, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating and developing the product. We balance those interests against your rights and privacy.

Service providers who process data on our behalf under contract. These currently include Brevo (email delivery and contact management) and Vercel (site hosting). They may only use your data to provide services to us.

Authorities or advisers where we are required to disclose data by law, or where it is necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Some of our providers process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

We keep waitlist details until Sammy launches and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to remove them — whichever comes first. Account and product data is kept for as long as you use Sammy, and then for a limited period to meet legal and accounting requirements.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format.

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message we send, or by emailing human@gardain.com.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

This site does not set advertising or profiling cookies. We use only what is necessary to serve the page, together with privacy-respecting aggregate analytics where enabled. If that changes, we will update this notice and ask for consent where required.

We may update this notice as Sammy develops. The date below shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be communicated by email where we hold your address.
